Jex of Spanish Fork, It wes reported recently by Dr. R. AV. Hoggan, like stock Inspector. Dr. Hog-gan Hog-gan has Just returned from Spanish Fork, after having made a l)Htlt mortem and microscopic examination I;i the caso. Dr. Hoggan says that his Investigation Investiga-tion established positively that the outbreak out-break of the Jex herd was tht of anthrax an-thrax and he has treated and placed the living cattle of the group In quarantine quar-antine and taken other necessary precautions pre-cautions to prevent further spread of the dread disease to othr cattle in the district. Fifty head of hogs at the state prison pris-on were also given double treatment by vaccination against hog cholera, the inspector says, to insure the valuable valu-able animals against contracting that malady.
