Beautification Committee Re-Organized At a meeting of the Cedar City Coordinating Council Monday night a City beautification committee was appointed to assist in coordinating the efforts of all organizations interested in-terested in beautifying and cleaning clean-ing up the community. The committee com-mittee is composed of representatives representa-tives of various groups in order that closer contact can be maintained main-tained between organizations. Kumen L. Jones, representative of the Rotary Club, was named chairman of the beautification committee, com-mittee, with C. E. Zumwalt, L. C. Miles, Neil Boyter, Mary L. Bestow, Bes-tow, Mrs. Ann Gardner and Mrs. N. J. Barlow, as members. Mr. Zumwalt is co-chairman of the Junior Chamber of Commerce Clean-up and beautification committee, com-mittee, while Mr. Miles, a member, of the City Council and In charge of city parks, playgrounds and the cemetery, represents the city on the committee. Mr. Boyter represents repre-sents the Lions Club, Miss Bastow the schools and Mrs. Gardner and Mrs. Barlow, the women groups and homemaker8.
