Show An Ordinance AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 210 OF CHAPTER 18 OF THE REVISED ORDINANCES ORDINAN-CES OF CEDAR CITY, UTAH. Be It ordained by the City Council Coun-cil of Cedar City, Utah: That Section 216 of Chapter 18 of the Revised Ordinances of Cedar City, Utah be and the Bame is hereby amended to read as follows: SECTION 216 OTHER ACTS PROHIBITED It shall be unlawful for any person per-son In the fire limits of this City to smoke meat, boll tar, rosin, turpentine, tur-pentine, varnish, or other combustible combus-tible material In any room or place, except the same be fire proof. It shall be unlawful for the pro- preitor of an automobile service station within the corporate limits of Cedar City, Utah or any place j where gasoline or other lnflamable products are sold at retail, to store upon the premise at which such retail sales are made either above or below the ground more than 2500 gallons of gasoline and-or lnflamable lnflam-able products. It shall be unlawful for the owner own-er or occupant of any residence building In Cedar City, Utah to store any gasoline at said residence or on any street adjoining the same unless the same shall be stored In an underground storage tan! o be approved by the Building lipec-tor. lipec-tor. It shall be unlawful for the owner own-er or operator of any motor vehicle which Is used In the transportation of gasoline or other lnflamable petroleum pe-troleum products to store the same within the fire district of Cedar City, Utah, or to park the same on any public street within the corporate limits of Cedar City, Utah regardless of whether the same be filled or empty; except any such operator or owner may temporarily park such vehicle on the public streets during such time as shall be actually and necessarily required re-quired In the loading or unloading of the lnflamable products carried therein. All ordinances and parts of ordinances or-dinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. This ordinance shall take effect upon publication.
