Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS James Smith, Cedar City, Utah has filed Application No. a-1580 to change the point of diversion of 0.2 sec. ft. (90 gp.m.) of underground water In Iron county. It is represented repre-sented that said water has heretofore hereto-fore been diverted, as set out in Claim No. 18269, since prior to 1916 from a 4-ln. well 190 ft. deep at a point N. 390 ft. and E. 1860 ft. from the SW Cor. Sec. 6, T. 36 S., R. 11 W., SLB&M and used from April 1 to October 31 'to Irrigate 40 acres of land located in the SWViSW'4 of said Sec. 6. It is also represented that 10 g p.m. of said water has been used during the entire year for domestic do-mestic and stock-watering purposes. It is now proposed to divert the water from a 4-ln. well 200 ft. deep at a point N. 540 ft. and E. 1860 ft. from said SW Cor. Sec. 6 and use It for the purposes hereinbefore described. de-scribed. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, there-for, made in affidavit form, must be filed with Ed. H. Watson, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City.
