NOTICE TO WATER USERS Austin D. Moyle. Modena, Utah has filed Application No. 14167 to appropriate 3 sec. ft. of underground water In Iron county; said water will be diverted from a 16-ln. well 150 ft. deep at a point W. 1250 ft. and N. 165 ft. from the S'i Cor. Sec. 7, T. 35 S., R. 16 W., SLB&M and used to irrigate 160 acres vf land located in the E'SW1; Sec. 7, and N'iNWU Sec. 18. T. 35 8.. R. 16 W, SLB&M. As much water as is necessary will be used during the entire year for incidental domestic domes-tic and stock-watering purposes. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, there-for, made in affidavit form, must be filed with Ed. H.
