Show SEVIER NATIONAL FOREST Grazing Regulations REG. G-7. Persons who own, or who have leased from the owners, unfenced lands within any National Forest which "are so situated and of such character that they may be used by other permitted stock to an extent rendering the exchange advantageous advant-ageous to the Goverment, may secure permits allowing them to graze upon National Forest land, free of charge, the number of stock which the private lands wjll support, by waiving the right to the exclusive use of the private land and allowing it to remain open to other stock grazed on National Forest land under permit. The application must be accompanied ac-companied by a personal certificate certifi-cate of title showing the description descrip-tion and ownership of the land, and, if leased from an owner, a copy of the lease, and must state the number and kind of stock permit is desired for, the range whichjt is desired to oc-. cupy, and the period during which the stock will remain upon up-on the Forest. Permits will be subject to the same restrictions reagrding the us.e of the range as permits issued under regulations. regula-tions. REG. G-8. Persons wishing to drive stock across any portion of a National Forest to reach either public or private lands, except when the stock will be driven along a public highway or will not be grazed upon National Forest lands, must make application -to the supervisor super-visor or other forest officer for a permit to graze the stock en route and must have a permit from the suporvisor, or such other forest officer as he may designate, before entering the National Forest. The application applica-tion must state the number of stock to be driven, the datet of starting, and period for passage. Grazing must be confined to the limits and along the route designated desig-nated by the forest officers, and will only be allowed for the period per-iod necessary for stock to cross the National Forest.
