Show AUTO CAMPAIGN MOVESJN APACE Week End Priz Captured by Mrs. Eliza M. Parry, a Stake Primary Officer. MANY PROMISES, BUT THEY DON'T WIN PRIZES Workers to Visit Pnrowan and Paragonah Para-gonah Murine Ensuing Week, and From Now On Campaign Lively. Another week of the nutomobile campaign has slid by, and fairly good ! progress has been made by the workers, work-ers, the receipts for the week amount-I amount-I ing to $4(5.50, one-fourth of which, or $11. 02, will be applied on the purchase of the car. This added to the pre-I pre-I vious balance of $35.38, brings the fund at present up to $47.00. Considerably more than half of the I receipts for the past week were secured se-cured by one of the workers, so that bail half a dozen or more have done as well, a big jump would have been recorded in the fund. All of the officers report that they have a lot of promises from subscribers subscrib-ers and others, but those promises do not help them in winning the car or week end prizes until they are actually actu-ally paid over. This week we are going to extend our offer of $5.00 to the worker turn- I ing in the most business for the week J ending next Thursday afternoon at I 5:00 p. m., and we trust that all the i officers of the stake Primary, as well I as the ward officers, will make an effort ef-fort to win the prize as well as the distinction which this success brings j with it. Officer!, in the various wards stand just as good a chance of winning the $5.00 prize as the Stake officers, and they will at the same time be aiding a worthy cause, and one which will tend to bring them closer co-operation between the Stake Board and their ward organizations. It is also a business practice which may stand any or all of you in good stead at some time in the future. Several members of the Stake organization or-ganization are planning to visit Par-wan Par-wan and Paragonah in the imme- ' diate future in the interest of the campaign. It is a hard heart, indeed, that can turn a deaf eat to the solicitations of the women folks in so worthy and unselfish un-selfish a cause. TBI BOLL OF HONOB.
