Show GORDON HUNTER AND MISS NETTIE WEBB, WED Last Sunday, Jan. -I, Mr. Cordon Hunter of this place und Miss Nettie Webb of Murray, Utah, but who has spent the last six months in Cedar City and who has been attending the H. A. C. this winter, sprung; a surprise on their many friends and relatives, outside of the groom's immediate family, by hieing; themselves to Par-OWan, Par-OWan, procuring a marriage license, and having Bishop II. J KortOUeon of that place tie the knot which made them man and wife. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. II. Hunter and was a volunteer in the recent war. He has been employed em-ployed for some months in the Leigh Furniture & Carpet Company, where it has been a part of his duty ocens-sionally ocens-sionally to outfit young couples who entered housekeeping on their own account, ac-count, and it may be that this has furnished fur-nished u pail of the inspiration which developed and ripened .so happily. Miss Webb has made many friends here since coining to Cedar City, nnd the confidence and esteem of all who know her. The young people are vi y COD UTS ativa and have decided to postpone their honemoon until a future (late, and are K"'"!" right on with their daily routine of work as though nothing no-thing unusual had happened.
