Show BOOKS SELECTED FOR -PARENTS' CLASS The West-Ward, parents' class is now taking up che study of the child and that every one attending the class may bepre-pared bepre-pared to give talks and take part in thejdiacussions. the supervisors supervis-ors have arranged for all to get books at the public library, treating upon the subject, and have placed under the direction of the librarian' the following books : Six copies of "Children's Rights, ".by Kate Douglas Wiggins, Wig-gins, six copies of "Training the Boy," by Wm. A. McKeever, and the .same number of copies of "Government of Young Children,", by Wm. B. Forbush. All parents and class members are asked to read these books ; they will be loaned subject to the library rules. Other books equally helpful are, "Training of Parents," "Talks With My Boys," "Talks With My Girls," "The Child," "Moral Instruction of Children," and a Jong list that we take pleasure in recommending and giving you the use of if you will call at the public library. |
