The editor is in receipt of a letter from Miss Agnes Brown, formerly employed as machine operator in The Record office, but at present connected with the cashier's department of the Continental Life Insurance Co. of Salt Lake. Miss Brown is delighted de-lighted to know that Cedar City is rapidly improving and says that she notes with pleasure the items chronicled from time to time indicating the rapid and substantial growth of her "home" town, which she says she wishes to emphasize'by the addition of a capital "H." In the article in last week's I issue of The Record, calling at-. tcntion to theRepublican pri- mary, the article read, "all who have an interest in the wnlfare of the city 'should attend the primary of "this" party," whereaB the word "this" should have been "his." Unfortunately Unfortun-ately it is not always possible for the editor to see all the matter mat-ter for the paper after it has heen placed in type, and as some of the office "force" finds some reason for substituting or changing chang-ing words at times, there appears ap-pears occasionally errors that are embarrasing, to say the least.
