Show Kanarraville. Those who attended the state fair were: Albert, Wayne and Wallace Davis, Frank Nixon, Alvin Williams, Jos. H. Aldous, Mrs. Andrew Berry and Miss Lynn Williams. George had been a great sufferer for the' past four years. He leaves a! wife and seven living children, j His funeral was held September i 26, 191 The speakers were R. j J. Williams, Jr., and John W. Piatt. A large cortege followed the remains to the cemetery. Last Sunday a reorganization' of the Young Ladies Mutual was .effected. Mrs. Sadie Williarrs 'resigned. Mrs. Hattio Stapely I was chosen president with Hulda i Pollock and Clara Williams 'councilors and Rosella Williams Secretary. School opened Monday with Dolph Andriis principal, and Mary Urio primary teacher, witi a large attendance of pupils. The state fair visitors from here have all returned except Mr. Berry and Miss Williams. Born to Mr. and Mrs. Jos. S. Williams, a son, last Tuesday. Dr. Leonard was in attendance. Mother and child are doing nicely. ' There are no more dypthoriq cases as yot. . '' |
