Show - h - : n Commercial Club Meeting Tuesday night the commercial commer-cial club held a special meeting at which the question of accommodations accom-modations for Normal students i was taken up and discussed and a committee of three members was appointed to supervise the canvassing of the city for the purpose of inducing citizens to open their homes to students. A committee consisting of H. H. Lunt, J. H. Arthur and Miss Mame Parry, was apointcd to ascertain the opportunity for installing in-stalling an exhibit at the National Na-tional Irrigation Congress to be held in Salt Lake City September Sept-ember 30th to October 5th. After a general discussion, a motion was made and carried that Satrday, Setember 14th, be designated as "clean up " day, and that tags be printed for general distribution to bo worn until the above day. A committee com-mittee was appointed to select supervisors for each street for the occasion, consisting of Miss Sadie Jones, Harry Leigh and Walter K. Granger |
