': I fl ' '1 Official Notice Under the provisions of Chapter Chapt-er 143 of the laws of Utah, 1911, which provides for the eradication eradica-tion of noxious weeds, the County Road Commissioner of Iron County has been appointed Ex-officio Weed Inspector, with full power and authority to require persons, companies and corporations owning Inads in this county to keep same clear of noxicus weeds, and also all rights of way for canals, reservoirs, reser-voirs, dams, ditches or any kind of artificial water courses. Every person, company or corporation cor-poration owning or controlling lands in this county, are hereby notified, that the provisions of said laws will be enforced. Uncultivated Un-cultivated desert lands are ex empted under the law. Immediate action is necessary : to prevent the ripening of the seed, and will save the commissioner commis-sioner from the embarassing position po-sition to proceed arbitrarily in the matter. H. M.
