Mr. Kopp says thnt tho automobile auto-mobile game hns reached almost unbelievable un-believable proportions in California, and particularly nt Los Angeles. It is claimed, ho states, that there are five timns as many automobiles per capita in Los Angeles ns in Snn Francisco. Fran-cisco. And thnt there is a very no-ticnble no-ticnble difference in the social conditions. condi-tions. 'Frisco is strictly n business city, with tho bulk of tho population residing in npnrtmcnt houses, while Los Angeles nbounds witli beautiful nnd palatial homes nnd is more of a tourist rendezvous. Tho rond from Salt Lnko to Cove Fort was pretty greasy, Mr. Kopp reports re-ports but from Covo Fort to Cedar City it was quite good nnd with the exception ex-ception of n few mud holes here nnd there, one of tho worst being nenr Buckhorn. |
