The winner of tho drum corps con-I con-I test will receive $250, with a prlzo of ' $100 for second place. Playing will I count for 50 points; appearance, 20 points; marching, 20 points; number of Instruments, 10 points. Mr. Boehler Is a former president of tho New Orleans branch of tho I American Federation of Musicians. He served as a band leader In the Span- lsh-Amcrlcan and World wars and on tho Mexican border.
