Notice to Water Users. State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, September 9, 1911. Notice is hereby given that Charles Adams, whose post office address is Parowan, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909 and 1911, to appropriate appropri-ate ten (10) acre-feet of water from Mud Spring Canyon, Iron County, Utah. Said water will be stored during the period from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, inclu-sive, of each year, in a reservoir embraced in Section 35, Township Town-ship 32 south, Range 12 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. The center of the impounding dam is situated at a point which lies 990 feet north and 165 feet east of the southwest corner of I Section 35, Township 32 south, Range 12 west, Salt Lake base and meridian. The water so stored will be used during the period from October 1 of each year, to July 1, inclusive, of the year following, for stock watering water-ing purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Engi-neer's office as No. 3893. All protests against the granting grant-ing of said application, stating the reasons therefor, must be made by affidavit in duplicate and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion com-pletion of the publication of this notice.
