Show NORMAL NOTES. Last Saturday-af ternoon a basket bas-ket ball game was played between be-tween tho Normal boys and the I St. George Stake Academy boys. jit was an oxtremely one sided game, the score being 71 to 10 in favor of the Normal. The hot water shower baths are now installed in the gymnasium gymna-sium building. Saturday Nov. 25th the walls of tho bath room will be cemented. yln order to manifest school tfpirit, the student body is going : A Ladles' Society Vuul13 tiH' vice president and Irene Mack- j elprang, secretary. The first , meeting was held last Tuesday , at 4:30. Games were played and several kinds of candy made. They intend to meet every two weeks. Several good books will be studied, and musical programs will bo given. In chapol Wodnosday Dr. James gavo an excellent talk on the "Laws of Health." A quartet quar-tet "Abide with Me", was sung by Annette Webster, Urana Jones, Winnie Corry and Ina Neilson. Tho special art class have been studying the different "washes." "wash-es." Mr. Barton is taking a week ,off, giving examinations in all ! of his classes. |
