Sec. 2 That ub soon as may be nftvr tho execution of tho power conferred by section ono of this act, the Supreme Court of said Territory thall assign one ludgo to each of Bald districts, and shall have power from timo to tiuie to change such usignment and to provido lor occasions occa-sions of disability or absence tu uch cosos according to the pruetlco now authorized by law. |
