'The assertion was made that the control of the noted property lucl passed from Mr. Helnze about a year ago, and that the Hj'poka company was now operating the property. The testi mony was in line with the efforts of ttie Boston & Montana company to enjoin the 0eration of the Minnie Healy pending pend-ing final adjudication of the ownership of the property. |
