A report was circulated throughout this part of the county that Mr. O'Don-ohue O'Don-ohue had renounced his faith in the Catholic church; but your (respondent (respond-ent is glad to say, after having interviewed inter-viewed the old gentleman, that the report is entirely false and absolutely without foundation. Mr. O'Donohue is now in his eighty-third year is a native na-tive of the town of Ennes, County Clare, Ireland. The telephone line that is now being constructed by .the Rocky Mountain company from Blackfoot to Challis, will soon be completed. The poles are set and wires strung up to Antelope valley, forty miles north of Mackay. Mr. Maurice Ennis of Bay Horse is loud in his praise of the Intermountain Catholic.
