Show I BUTTE, MONT. ! J. J. Kearns of Cody. Wyo., a brother broth-er of Senator Kearns of Utah, is in the city on business. He leaves shortly for Salt Lake. Mr. Kearns is a well know n mining man of Cody. Dr. and Mrs. T. J. Murray entertained Monday evening at dinner, complimentary complimen-tary to Mrs. C. D. Sheldon, mother of Mrs. J. D. Ryan, who is visiting in the ritv Mrs. Mary Mullins died at her home, 116 West Galena street, on July 16. She is survived by two young sons, George, aged 11, who is in Ireland, and Harold, aged 6. In Butte. Mrs. Mike Shea. Miss Katie Sullivan and Miss Annie Sullivan are surviving sisters of Mrs. Mullins. The remains are at the residence and funeral arrangements will be completed later. Barney McBride, one of the best known miners of the city, died July 6 at his residence, 229 Anaconda road. His death is mourned by a large circle of friends who have known and respected him during his seventeen years' residence resi-dence in Butte. Mr. McBride was a native na-tive of Ireland, and was 57 years of age. He is survived by his wife and four daughters, Mrs. James McGarry, Mrs. James Haran. Mrs. Ed Williams and Mrs. William Runkle: also by two sons, Joseph P. McBride and Owen McBride. All are residents of Butte. He was a member of the Knights of the Maccabees Macca-bees and the Butte Miners' union. |
