Show PARK CITY. How Hibernians Celebrated Robert Emmet Anniversary. (Correspondence Intermountain Catholic.) The Robert Emmett commemoration entertainment of Wednesday, March 5, held by the Ancient Order of Hibernians Hiberni-ans and the Ladies' Auxiliary, was a grand success: all who attended have reason to remember the martyred Irish patriot and certainly all have a wish to attend , the next affair of the kind. The programme was appropriate to the occasion and of a nature to please the most critical, while mainly Irish in character there was nothng of the boisterous bois-terous stage Irishman kind to be seen. The programme as rendered was as follows: Opening chorus, "Wearing of the Green" .... Children of the A. O. II. "Character and Times of Robert Emmett" A. J. Hlggins Song, "Far From the Old Folks".... Pianist, Miss Kate Malone. The chairman of the evening, Mr. James Burns, won the hearts of the audience au-dience with his catchy songs and reci-' tations given at intervals during the evening. ' His songs were, "The Stone Outside Don Murphy's Door" and "We'll Hang It In the Parlor on the Wall" and recitation, "The Talent of O'Flaherty." Mr. Kelly, as an Irish comedian, kept the audience in roars of laughter. Miss Malone's part at the piano was perfect per-fect and so it goes on; special mention is unnecessary, as all did so well. Too much praise cannot be given the sisters here for their assistance in training the children and in fact preparing pre-paring the greater part of the programme. pro-gramme. HIBERNIAN.
