Show LOCALS Mr. and Mrs. David Davis and Mrs. Earl Hunt of St. Anthony, parents and sister of Mrs. Wells Mi-Entire, are spending this week at the McEntire home. A nephew. David Hunt of Pocatello is also a guest of Mr. and Mrs. McEntire. Mr. and Mrs. J. Xeff Boothe were visitors in Twin Falls Friday and Saturday. Mrs. Boothe attended the Junior Red Cross convention there Saturday. The couple visited visit-ed at Oakley, Idaho, with Mr. Boothe's sister, Mrs. C. O. Simpson, Simp-son, before returning Sunday to Preston. Mrs. Birdie YVoehner of Pocatello Pocatel-lo spent Sunday afternoon with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Hoefler. Accompanied by her husband, hus-band, Albert Wochner, she visited her sisters, Mrs. Mareele Larsen, Mrs. Phyllis Fate and Mrs. Mary Kjar. Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Pace are visiting this week with Mrs. Pace's parents, Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Fol-lett. Fol-lett. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Johnson of Tortland, Oregon, visited over the week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Coudie. Verl Fellows left last week for California where he has entered defense industries. Friday, having spent seven weeks with her daughter and son in law, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wal-ter Rubow and baby Stephen. Word, has been received at this office of the appointment of Quintal Quin-tal Nelson to the Air Corps with his headquarters at Jefferson Barracks, Bar-racks, Missouri. , Miss Valene Dunkley, a student a Ricks college in Rexburg, is visiting vis-iting in Whitney with her parents this week. |
