Show DAYTON 1 ? s DAYTON Cyrus Kobbins was honored by a dinner at his home Thursday. The occasion was the sixty-seventh anniversary of his birthday. His daughter, Dorothy, was hostess. host-ess. The guests included Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Robbins, Mr and Mrs. Perry Henderson and two daughters daugh-ters of Dayton, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hen-ry Seamons and two daughters. Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Elwood and two sons of Hyde Park, Miss Emma liobhins of Logan, Miss Lola Rob-bins, Rob-bins, Miss Annie Hurd, Archie Hurd of Snowville, Utah. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Kirkbride announce an-nounce the arrival of a baby girl, born Monday, November 18th. Mother and baby are doing well Mrs. Kirkbride is at the home ot her mother, Mrs. James H. Call. Stanley Phillips, a student at the BYU at Provo, Utah, sent Thanksgiving Thanks-giving holidays at home with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Phillips. Phil-lips. He was accompanied by Levi Thompson of Chinook, Montana, also a student at the BYU. . Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Wickham, Darwin Wickham, Arthella Wickham, Wick-ham, Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd S. Price and their grandson, Norman Sant, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Manning and their family spent Thanksgiving at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Montell Wickham; at1 Logan, Utah. Ray Naef of Idaho Falls, spent several days at the home of his 'mpHhe'j-, Mrs. Orson Nelson. 'On Wednesday, Mr. Naef, Mrs. and Mrs. Nelson made a business trip to Logan, Utah. The Misses Phoebe and Kather-ine Kather-ine Jensen, students at the TJSAC at Logan spent the week-end at home with the family. Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Beutler and sons Mark and Lloyd spent Thursday Thurs-day at Hyrum, Utah, with Mrs. Beutler's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Niels Johnson. Mr. and Mrs. L. M. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Fife and family of Filer, Idaho, spent several sev-eral days in Dayton visiting with Mr. Fife's father, J. A, Fife. The Fife's were former residents of Dayton. Bishop and Mrs. John H. Kemp, Mr. and Mrs. Harry Kemp and their family of North Logan, Utah, were Thanksgiving dinner guests and spent the day visiting with Mr. and Mrs. Walter Beutler. Mr. and Mrs. D. A. Perkins, Mr. L. M. Perkins and Mr. and Mrs. Lavor Williams and small daughter daugh-ter of Weston, Idaho, were dinner guests at the home of Mrs. Ruth Mendenhall on Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Sant of Soda Springs, Idaho, visited with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Jen-en Jen-en during the week. Mrs. A. F. Dalley entertained at a family dinner on Thanksgiving. Those present besides the immediate imme-diate family were Mr. and Mrs. Milton Dalley and two children, Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Dalley and small daughter, all of Preston. Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Buttars were dinner guests at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Buttars Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Alton Alder, Mrs. Priscilla Johnson, the Misses Wa-tona Wa-tona and Margene Alder of Preston, Pres-ton, Idaho, Mrs. Aldora Keller of Logan, Utah, spent Monday evening eve-ning visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Archibald. Mrs. C. W. Shepherd entertained at a Thankgiving dinner at her home Thursday. Guests present were Mr. and Mrs. Elvin Shepherd and their two sons, Mr. and Mrs. Sidney Sparrow and their daughter, daugh-ter, Margene, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Jo-seph Godfrey from Salt Lake City, Utah. Mrs.-Ethel Sloan of Ogden, Utah, spent several days last week visiting visit-ing at) the home of her sister, Mrs. Lorin M. Mendenhall. Mr. and Mrs. Thurman Griffeth and their family spent Thursday at the home of his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Griffeth at Fairview. Mr. and Mrs. D. W. Buttars motored mo-tored to Clarkston, Utah, on Saturday Sat-urday to see his mother who is ill at the home of one of her daughters daugh-ters Mr. and Mrs. Junius-Christensen and family motored to Hyde Park Tuesday to visit with a nephew of Mrs. Christensen. Mr. and Mrs. John J. Shumway, Mrs. James Thompson of Garland, Utah, attended the funeral of Mr. James Archibald on Tuesday and they visited with their father, Mr. Charles Shumway at the home of their sister. Mrs D. W.
