Show Buyers Are Warned Of Mortgage Laws Buyers of fruit and early truck crops will be interested in knowing that the federal government, through the farm credit administration, has made many cash loans to farmers, gardeners and orchardists to aid in the production of crops for 1933. As a result re-sult of these government loans crop mortgages are held by the farm credit administration, and buyers of these mortgaged crops should protect themselves them-selves against the possible necessity of paying twice for the crop purchas--ed. Under the mortgage laws of this' state, buyers are required to protect the interest of the mortgagee. These mortgages are of record in the various "" counties and constitute due legal no- tice to all buyers of these mortgaged ' crops that the federal government has a first claim on the proceeds thereof. In order that buyers may have specific spe-cific knowledge of mortgages on crops in the territory covered by them, borrowers' bor-rowers' lists will be furnished on request re-quest so that buyers will be saved the time and trouble of searching county records. Address the Crop Production Loan Office of the Farm Credit Administration Adminis-tration at Salt Lake City for lists and information. |
