It resolved by the Legislature of the Mate of Utah, two-thirds of all tlu, members mem-bers elected to each lluust concurring therein: SECTION 1. Tint It i. proposed to amend Article 10 of the Constitution by the addition of a section which will read as follows fol-lows : SEC. 8. The legislature may, by appropriate appro-priate legislation provide fur the establishment estab-lishment of a minimum waire for women and minora and may provide for the comfort, com-fort, health, safety and general welfare of any nnd all employees. Repealing Section of Article 22. That it is proposed to amend Article XXII of the Constitution of Utah in the following particular, to-wit: That Section 8 of Article XXII of the constitution of Utah be and the same is , hereby repealed. i SECTION 2.
