Show incorporation, by striking out the rd "trustees" wherever used there-, there-, and inserting in lieu thereof the ord "directors." To amend article "NINTH" of the' id articles of Incorporation, so at the same will read as follows: "There shall be a general meet-g meet-g of the stockholders on the first onday in December of each year, : the hour of one o'clock P.
