Show Young Matron Is Called to Reward Mrs. Stella Childs, 24-year-old wife of Gilbert Childs, and who died at Provo Sunday evening as a result of a paralyzed heart, will be buried at Ephraim this, Thursday, afternoon. Family sen-ices were held at Provo Wednesday and soon after the body was taken to Ephraim where final interment will be held. Mrs. Childs underwent an operation some six weeks ago, and since that time her health had been poor and her heart weakened, thus causing her death. Mrs. Childs, daughter of Andrew Hansen, was a native of Ephraim. She spent her childhood days at her native town and it was there she graduated from the schools. She was an accomplished woman and her death will be mourned by her many warm and true friends. Four years ago last June 1st, shy ! was married to Gilbert Childs, son j of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Childs of this j city. Later they went north and made their home at Trove Besides the husband, Mrs. Childs is survived by a 3-year-old son and an adopted daughter, 2 years old. Edward Childs, father to Gilbert Childs, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Childs, Miss Margaret Childs and Howard Childs, left for Provo Wednesday to attend the funeral. Many relatives from Gunnison will attend the final burial sendees which will bo held this afternoon at Ephraim. |
