Show W. il. Graff Bays Peterson Grotery W. H. Graff, a well-known merchant mer-chant of Southern Utah and who has had years of experience in the grocery and meat business, has just closed a deal whereby he becomes sole owner of the store formerly known as the Peterson Meat & Grocery. "The final deal was consummated the first of the week, when papers were signed at Salt Lake. The amount involved in the transfer is not made public by neither Mr. Graff, the buyer, nor Mac Peterson, who disposed of his holdings. hold-ings. Mr. Graff comes to Gunnison with high recommendations as a merchant and citizen. He began his mercantile business at Milford some 12 years ago. At Milford he served as assistant assis-tant manager of the Jefferson Mercantile Mer-cantile company, and for the past two years he was associated with a brother in the mercantile business at Hurricane. Mr. Graff was formerly from St. George, where he was prominent prom-inent in school and civic organizations. organiza-tions. The latter part of this month Mrs. Graff and children will come to Gunnison Gun-nison to make their permanent home. They will occupy the Lltray I'eterson home on West Center street. |
