Show NOTICE TO THE MEMBERS OF THE SANPETE-SEVIER SUGAR BEET ASSOCIATION: AS-SOCIATION: NOTICE is hereby given of a proposal pro-posal duly made and entered by Resolution Reso-lution of the Board of Directors of said Association on the 19th day of September, 1935, 4o AMEND Article VII of the Articles of Incorporation jf said Association so as to provide that the time, place and manner of jailing and holding regular and special spe-cial meetings of the Association shall provided for is the By-Laws; and ilso to provide that, beginning with ;he year 1935, four (4) directors shall ;e elected for a term of two (2) years md four (4) directors shall be elect-id elect-id for a term of one (1) year, and ;hat thereafter, at each regular an-lual an-lual meeting, directors shall be elect-id elect-id to fill the vacancies created by ;he expiration of the terms of directs, direc-ts, to serve for a term of two (2) years. Said proposal will be considered at x meeting to be held on the"17th day jf October, 1935, at the principal office of-fice of the association, Centerfield Meeting House, Centerfield, Sanpete Jounty, Utah, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. f said day, said meeting having been duly called for said place, day and lour.
