Show Smoot and Young Speakers at Casino United States Senator R e e'd Smoot, candidate for re-election on ;he republican ticket, and Richard N. Young, a. prominent attorney and politician of Salt Lake, were the principal speakers at a political rally ral-ly held at the Casino theatre last Saturday afternoon . Notwithstand-ng Notwithstand-ng the fact that very little advertis-ng advertis-ng had been done' announcing - the :oming of the speakers, the theater ,vas comfortably filled and the lis-eners lis-eners heard some real oratory. Richard Young gave a splendid ad-Iress. ad-Iress. His eloquence and his masterly mas-terly way made a deep impression md he was loudly applauded.
