Beauregard entertained twenty-five little girls and boys in honor of the ' birthday anniversary of her daugh-; ter, Dorothy June Beauregard. They have been absent a month visiting with relatives rela-tives at Salt Lake and Provo. Bryce McBride, water commissioner commission-er for the Sevier river, was here from Richfield yesterday. He was making mak-ing an inspection of the water interests in-terests in this section along the river. riv-er. Mrs. Lee Pace, who has been visiting visit-ing with her husband at Eureka for the past several weeks, is in Gunnison, Gunni-son, having returned here last Saturday. Sat-urday. Mrs. Pace will remain in this city until after the Fourth of July. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Smith of Salt Lake, and Mr. and Mrs. H. P. Miller of Venice, have returned to their respective re-spective homes after a brief visit here. They were called here on account ac-count of the illness of Mrs. Caroline Miller, mother to the Miller brothers. Mrs. Hannah Rasmussen of Eph-raim Eph-raim is the guest at the home of her son, Charles Rasmussen, the furniture dealer. Mrs. Rasmussen will be here until the return of Mrs. Chas. Rasmussen, who is at Salt Lake recovering from an operation. Miss Iva Gribble, who has been attending the University of Utah, is at home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Will Gribble. Miss Gribble will spend her vacation here and next fall she expects to return to the university. uni-versity. Mrs. R. J. Parr, accompanied by her children, left last Sunday for Rock Springs, Wyo. Hagan entertained for a number of the members of the Bonne Foi club at her home yesterday afternoon after-noon from two to five thirty. During Dur-ing the needlecraft hour Mrs. Elmo Storrs gave an interesting reading and following, delicious refreshments were served. Mrs. Sylvester Pierce was hostess host-ess to a number of friends Monday afternoon at a Progressive Five Hun-drew Hun-drew party and in the contest prizes were awarded to Mrs. Alice Gribble and Mrs. August Villard.
