Show "Four Horsemen" Supreme As Film The long-awaited Rex Ingram production pro-duction of "The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse" is coming to the Casino Theatre for two night this week, Friday and Saturday. This is the picture that cost Metro $1,-000,000 $1,-000,000 to make, and, from all accounts ac-counts the $1,000,000 was well spent, as critics agree that all other efforts at production on a grand scale have been surpased and record runs have been made in New York, Chicago, Boston, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Los Angeles An-geles and other cities where the picture pic-ture has been previously shown. Fifty principals and 2,500 extras were engaged in the filming of the photodrama, an entire French village and an elaborate chateau were erected erect-ed to be destroyed under the artillery artil-lery bombardment of the German invaders, in-vaders, and more than 125,000 tons of masonry, steel, lumber and furniture furni-ture were used in creating backgrounds back-grounds that are said to reproduce with absolute fidelity the shifting panorama of the story. The appeal of the story itself has already been proved through the success suc-cess of the novel by Vicente Blasco Ibanez, upon which the photodrama is founded. Its sale throughout the world runs into the millions, but millions mil-lions more will probably have it revealed re-vealed to them the first time through the medium of the screen production. This production is reported to have followed faihfully the epic tale of human passion against the background back-ground of the Great War as related by Ibanez.
