Show CENTERFIELD NEWS ITEMS. (Special Correspondence. ) Centerfield, Aug. 10. The social given last week by the Relief society in honor of its thirty-six teachers, was a stimulant towards a good attendance at-tendance at the conference held in Gunnison Saturday. All the teachers were present at the Sunday sessions. Edwin Caldwell, one of the old townsmen, now a resident of Provo, is here visiting and is the guest of his uncle, A. C. Fjelstead. Mr. and Mrs. John A. Grant and son Marius, of Levan, paid their daughter, Mrs. Vernon Roylance a visit last week. On their return home they were accompanied by their daughter Reah. Miss Doris Taylor of Levan is visiting visit-ing with Mrs. Vernon Roylance for an indefinite period. Mr. and Mrs. James L. Willardson and daughters, Ruby and Pearl, of Ephraim, and Mrs. Weston of Sterling, Ster-ling, were conference visitors last week. While here they were h house guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Embly. Mrs. Soren Neilson of Ephraim is visiting with her parents, Mr and Mrs. David Anderson and other friends and relatives in Centerfield. |
