Show Newlyweds Tour Yellowstone Park Ronald C. Norman, manager for the J. C. Penney's Gunnison store, accompanied by Mrs. Norman, returned re-turned Friday evening of last week from a honeymoon trip to the Yellowstone Yel-lowstone Park, Idaho points, and Salt Lake City. Mr. Norman was married to Miss Willmetta Wright, July 22, the ceremony being performed at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. W. B. McKormick at Salt Lake. Rev. W. M. Paden officiated at the marriage and only a few of the relatives of the bride and groom were present. Following Fol-lowing the ceremony a wedding supper was served for Mr. and Mrs. Norman. Tuesday, following the wedding, Mr. and Mrs. Norman left on a motor mo-tor trip to the Yellowstone Park and enroute they visited several important import-ant points in Idaho and northern Utah. The trip to the national park and the wonders to be found there were highly eujoyed by the honcy-mooners. honcy-mooners. Mr. Norman has resided in Gunnison Gun-nison for the past three years and some two years ago he was appointed appoint-ed manager of the local store, succeeding suc-ceeding Walter G. Humphreys. He is one of the leading business men here and is foremost in community building. 'Mrs. Norwian is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. H. T. Wright of Salina. She is a graduate of the Wasatch Academy at Mt. Pleasant and has always been a social leader in the younger set in Salina. Mr. and Mrs. Norman will make their home in this city. |
