To Whom It May Concern: Notice is hereby given that the State of Utah has tiled in this office lists oi lands, selected by the said State, under un-der section 6 of the act of Congress, approved ap-proved July 16, 1894, as Indemnity School Lands, viz: Serial 027150, htil SEi, NWi SEi.SEi NEi, Section 18; NEi NEi, SEi NEi, NEi SEi, Section Sec-tion 7; NEi SWi, NVVi SWJ, SEiSWi, SW'i bVVi, SWi NVVi, Section 8;;NWj NWi, Section 17, Township 19 South, Range 1 East, Salt Lake Meridian. Copies of said lists, so far as they relate re-late to said tracts by descriptive subdivisions, subdi-visions, have been conspicuously posteo in this oifice for inspection by any person per-son interested and by the public generally. gen-erally. JDunng the period of publication ot this notice, or any time thereafter, and before final approval and certification, under departmental regulations oi ' April 25, 1907, protests or contests against the claim of the State to any ol the tracts or subdivisions hereinbefore, described on the ground that the samt is more valuable for mineral than fo) agricultural purposes, will be receivec i and noted tor report to the Genera: Land Office at Washington, D. C. Failure Fail-ure so to protest or contest, within th time specified, will be considered sufficient suffi-cient evidence of the non-mineral character char-acter of the tracts and the selectiont thereof, being otherwise free from ob iections, will be approved to the State.
