At the time, a few people ! got paniry and withdrew their 1 money; but now the crisis is 1 passer!, a large number of the best business men in the city are taking tak-ing stock in I lie association and today the prospect for the B. E. B. B. A L. A. are bett- r than they ever were. Until the past week, the business men of Brigham, with a very few exceptions, held aloot from the company, and probably for ohvious reasons; but the tide has turned and they are now giving giv-ing it their hearty endorsement by liberally subscribing for shares. This is a strong endorsement that the association is good and solid. Judge K. B. Kirk is doing a splendid splen-did work for tho association. In one day and a half he succeeded in interesting most of the business men of the town, who have already take upwards of 100 shares in the company.
