- FIRE DOES DAMAGE. Fire, smoldering in bedding and rugs, was discovered in one of the vacant rooms above the Gunnison Co-op. store Tuesday afternoon ol this week and when the flames had been quenched by voiun:eers. damage dam-age to the extent of nearly $300 had resulted. There is a double flue in the building and the room adjoinin; Dr. Seal's office where the fire start ed the paper used as a flue slop he came ignited and falling, set fire to the rugs and bedding. A sewing machine, ma-chine, phonograph, rug and consider able bedding was destroyed, beside" the floor and walls being damn-Ted The loss is fully covered by insur ance. I
