Last Friday evening the enterpris-citizeus enterpris-citizeus of Fayette met to consider the matter of piping water from the excellent little spring just east of town, for household use. A committee commit-tee consisting of the following leading lead-ing citizens was appointed to 100k into in-to the matter, nimely, E. J. Mellor, Philip Dack, James Mellor, George Bartholomew and C. H. Pickett. These names ought to insure success of the enterpise. .The. stork left a new son for Mr. and Mrs. Thomas A. Peterson of this place, August 23.
