Show - CENTERFIELD. A baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Erastus Soieuson on November Novem-ber 19. The beautiful play, "Coast Folk," put on last Saturday evening iu the opera house by local talent, met with good satisfaction. The proceeds went to aid the school's atheletic club, but was somewhat reduced on account yf expense attached in pre paling special scenery for the play at a cost of nearly $28. The teachers quorum of Centerfield ward have priuted invitations out for a party Thnrsday evening. A program pro-gram is to be rendered, to be followed by games, dancing and picnic The school teachers leave Sunday, to attend a three days' educational convention at Salt Lake and will return re-turn Thursday. Miss Edilh Christeuson was the recipient Sunday afternoon of a surprise sur-prise from a number of her friends, commemoratiug her fifteenth birthday. The bishopjic has begun the annual an-nual ward visiting to be completed December 20 , the ward having a division of nine districts for that purpose pur-pose and various ones appointed to assist in the work. A committee has been chosen to plan a campaign of wood hauling for the poor and for wa;;d purpose. Ile-spouses Ile-spouses are already made and in due time a party will be given free to all who cont ribute in this commendable work of charity |
