Notice is hereby given that at a meeting of the board of directors of the Nephi Mining company, held on the 19th day of March, 1912, an assessment as-sessment of one-half () cent per share was levied upon the outstanding capital stock of said corpo'ration, payable pay-able forthwith to G. Stockholders' Meeting of the Barre- Cox Mining Company has been called by the president and Board of Directors Direc-tors and stockholders owning more than one-third of the capital stock, to bo held at the office and place of general gen-eral business of said corporation, above specified, on Monday the 22nd day of April, 1912, at the hour of two o'clock p. m for the purpose of amending the Articles of Incorporation, Incorpora-tion, in the following particulars, to-wit: to-wit: FIRST By changing the corporate name to "Barre-Cox Mining Company."
