Show A RECORD IN AUTO SALES. Con. Wagon & Machine Co. Starts Ball Rolling. On Wednesday of this week a carload of the world famed Model "F" Buick automobile arrived ar-rived here and before the car could be unloaded unload-ed the complete shipment was sold and a wire placed for another carload. This is the spring record for quick sales in automobiles established by 'the Consolidated Wagon & Machine Company, and is in keeping with the announcements of this concern in preceding seasons. But preceding these sales, four other high class machines were disposed of within a week. The largest of these a six cylinder Franklin, was purchased by Jerry Langford; a four cylinder cylin-der Franklin went to Grant Hampton; J. G. McDonald of the McDonald Canay company, so-cured so-cured a model "F" Buick, and Mr. James V. Moyle was the purchaser of a "Silent Northern." The number of automobiles In Salt Lake City is quickly reaching the Ave hundred mark, and with the numerous contemplated sales, that whl be an easy figure to reach If the purchases are In any proportion to those made during the past ten days. The record made by the big machinery house is particularly gratifying co the management. The prominence of the purchasers as well as the onstrating that discriminating people realize that It does not pay to buy anything but the best cars of the latest and most Improved models. "Franklin," "Buick," Silent Northern" a great trio for 1908, and one hard to equal anywhere. Watch them all this summer watch how fast the new ones on the way from the factory are sold. The ball has started rolling for 3008, and from every Indication there will be nothing to 1 slop ' its impetus aa the season advances.
