Show mmnonv MJUS By Betty Wiley 624-3215 What a beautiful Easter weekend! I think everyone really real-ly appreciated the fact that we had no wind anywhere around. Some went to Lake Powell and others enjoyed our lake and canyons. I checked on the Marina and the new owners. The Kelsos have friends Dave and Bill Buxton here for the summer who will be summer hosts for the campgrounds and also helping help-ing in the store and cafe. The old docks are being replaced with new improved ones and everything every-thing will be getting new paint as the owners are really working to update the whole marina. The marina held an Easter Egg hunt and the three-year-olds got to start a little earlier. The older children went next for fairness. Mona and Burns Black held their annual Easter Egg hunt on Saturday with a large crowd while all of their children, grandchildren and their families were here. The Antimony Merc held a contest instead of an egg hunt and Cody Wiley, son of Wade and Jennifer Wiley, was the winner. win-ner. Visiting with Natalie Porter over the weekend were her mother, Hannah Lou Willisms of Malad, Ida., and Dana Crosby of Sandy. Ned and Coy Burr had all their family members here for the holidays including their daughters and husbands and all their children. |
