They attended a luncheon at the country club in honor of the bride and groom. Ada Nordell came home with them. She visited vis-ited with relatives and friends. Wynn and Shauna Turek came up for memorial day and took her back to Washington with them. Kent and Kay Wilson of Parowan were here for Memorial Day. Some of their children were here, Jared and Candy Wilson of Parowan, Melinda and Chad Wilson and Scott, and Becky Gallopie Jana and Tony Miramontes of Californiawere here visitiing with relatives. Will and Charolette Lane and family, Varonica, Jeremy, and Mack, were here from Page, Ariz. They visited with Ruth Wilson. Ed and Lola Turek of Las Vegas have been staying at the Turek home for the past week. They had their son and family here to stay for a few days. John and Lois Riggs of I Layton were here visiting relatives rela-tives and friends for the holiday. Visitiors at the Jerry Riggs home were his children: Russell Riggs, Merrill Riggs, Verdis and Shartalyn Benson and Chrystal Shinbeck. Chrystal went into labor and had a new baby boy born in the Panguitch Hospital . Ellen Doan of Santaquin visited vis-ited here with Paula and Bruce Wilcox and family. Also Cindy Sawyer of Orem also visited with them Mary Beth Shmutz of Washington was here fixing up her yard. Beth and Darol Allred had Lyle and Ann Allred of Cedar City here visiting . They left four of their children here for a few days, Jessica, Sara, Alex, and Sean Allred. Beth and Darol took them home on Thursday. Beth had a dental appointment there. Rick and Ireta Tubbs of St. George and Deloy and JoLyn Evans of Hurricane visited at the Evans home for a few days. Ferrill and JoAnn Barney of Las Vegas spent the weekend here at their home. Gordon and Gail Barney of Salt Lake City visited with them and other relatives rela-tives Russell and Yvonne Wilson (See HATCH on page 6A) Hatch News From Page 2A , of St. George spent Memorial Day. They visited with Marba and Ferrill Lasenby and son of Salt Lake City. The Hatch LDS Ward Relief Society took the' ladies to the Family History Center to help them with their geneology. Ileta Dix of Panguitch spent the day visiting with family, Steven Dix, May Sawyer and Beth and Darol Allred. Visiting with Leland and Adell Riggs was Elaine Craw of Minersville. Mark and Makala Barney visited vis-ited with Craig and Terry Barney and family. Ryan and family of Virginia are also here visiting for a while. Kurt and Phyllis and Colter and Brett Sawyer of Mesquite, Nev., visited with May Sawyer for a few days. They enjoyed the fishing at Pine Lake. Alene and Dune Larsen and family of Orem are visiting with Wallace and Marilyn Heap, and Ivor Riggs. Gayla Syphus of Las Vegas and friends were here for the long weekend. Kurt and Colter Sawyer of Mesquite came to help separate the cows and take some to the auction. May Sawyer accompanied accompa-nied them to Cedar City. Norman and Merna Porter of Idaho were here for the funeral of his mother Sarah Heaton Porter Gubler. Other family members were: Sarah and De Rell Sudweeks of Tropic, Zelma .'and Ammon Johnson of Ordereyille, Laura and Everett Thompson and Hester La Rue Porer of Idaho, Sarah had 27 grand children and many great-grand children. Phil Burrows of Huricane visited with Cal and Carol Burrows, Merrill and Shelly Burrows and friends. |
