Show Young Continentals Set Kanab Nov. 6 Performance KANAB The Rivers of Life Christian fellowship in Kanab will sponsor a live concert con-cert featuring The Young Continentals, Tuesday, Nov. 6 at 7 p m. at the Kanab High School Auditorium. Admission is free to the public. The young teen-oriented trav eling entourage is setting the standard and raising the expectations expec-tations of teenagers in ministry. The concert promises to be a "foot-stompin, hand clappin, blood-pumpin, heart-thumpin, soul-shaping, life-changing (See CONCERT on page 7-A) Concert From Page 3-A musical experience for the whole family," says Josh Sivley of Kanab who had the opportunity opportu-nity to tour with the group as a technician this past year. The Young Continentals are an empowered, enthusiastic, evangelical group of young people peo-ple on a mission to communicate the love of God. Featuring 30 high-energy, high-impact singers, sing-ers, dancers and technicians, the Young Continentals are based out of Ventura, Calif, and travel all over the U.S.- Instrumentalists, vocalists, tech-nicians, dancers and chap-erones chap-erones are invited to audition or get information on becoming a Continental immediately following fol-lowing that evening's program. , The group will be house guests of the members of Rivers of Life, a new non-denominational fellowship in Kanab. |
