Show By Wynona Henderson 679-8560 The cub scouts held their Blue and Gold Banquet on Thursday. They served a spaghetti dinner and all the boys and their dads made cakes and decorated them. There were some unusual and clever ones. The boys who participated were Jordan Barker, Talon Chynoweth, Anthony Rose, Colton Roberts, Korde Chynoweth and Ryna Moore. Many awards were presented and a everyone had fun. Bishop Ernie Henderson and his wife Wynona attended LDS General Conference in Salt Lake City. They ended up sitting by Garrett Cottam and his wife and Curtis and Marsha Coyle. At the restaurant where they dined, they also met Cathy Carlson who had lived in Cannonville and was employed at Ruby's Inn and Lanae Grundvig formerly of Henrieville. It's a small world. The Hendersons stayed with daughter and son-in-law Trish and Brian Dixon in Magna. Dane Reynolds is living with his grandma Rae Smith for the summer. Visiting with Colette Mathews, Artoise Piatt and Delpha Rose was Millie Chidester of Richfield. Ken and Artoise Piatt were in St. George on Monday for a doctors appointment. Artoise is still having hav-ing health problems but as yet the doctors have been unable to determine deter-mine the cause. Eliza Porter of Iona, Id., visited with Ernie and Wynona Henderson one day. She has done a lot of fam ily histories and was sharing it. ; . Gary and Sandy Jonrison and Jed and Rachel Johnson went to Min- ! ersville to help Jed and Becca Al-brecht Al-brecht move into their home. Edith Barker went to Cedar City with Ramona Copfer to do some shopping. Delano and LaRona Callahan, Robyn Chynoweth, LaRonda Longhurst and Linda Clayton went to Salt Lake City for eye appointments. appoint-ments. Participants from here in the one-act plays were Kristy Clark, Jeremy Gerber, Dixie Thompson and Tyson Piatt. They all did superb su-perb jobs. Jeremy Gerber celebrated his 14th birthday with a family barbe-que. barbe-que. He and Candace will go to Salt Lake City for the Easter weekend week-end to spend it with their dad. Max and Lozann Eager of Provo have moved here. They bought the Clayton Johnson's home. We welcome wel-come them. Lozann is a granddaughter grand-daughter of Ernie and Wynona Henderson. She recently went to the Provo LDS Temple. |
