Without the proposed increase the tax on a $100,000.00 primary residence would be $0.00, and the tax on a business, secondary residence or vacant land having the same value as the average value of a residence in the taxing entity would be $0.00. The 2001 proposed tax rate is .000513. Without the proposed increase the rate would be 0.00.
