Show TROPIC nuws Email: tropicutgalyahoo.com Val and Suzi Shakespear and family of Cedar City and Dean Shakespear of Herriman were weekend visitors at Marian and Malen Mechams. Franz and Margaret Shakespear enjoyed having their entire family come home for their annual, traditional, deer hunt. The hunt was not a success, suc-cess, but the hiking, picnics and beautiful outdoor weather were just perfect. David and Candace came from Ogden; Ryan, John, and Shelly came from Cedar . City. Many hunters came and went. I didn't get to see them all, but Marie Niemann enjoyed having her relatives, Marlynn Stevenson, Leslie Ann Whittaker, and Jackie Stevenson come from Layton. I did meet one of their brothers out in the mountains hunting, but forgot his name already ! Darlene and Grant LeFevre and their son Mark came from Bountiful to hunt and visit with Adrian and Glenna Pollock. Mark was successful with his deer hunt; his parents were not so lucky. They hit a deer by Nephi on their way home, and it mashed up the grill on their suburban. sub-urban. Alan Munson enjoyed having his sons, John and Darrell Munson come from Louisiana to hunt with him. Amy Johnson of Parowan visited with her parents, Jean and Spring Seiler on Saturday. Anita Iverson of St. George spent some time with her mother moth-er Lillis Francisco. Kathy Davis of Toquerville vis-ited with Wallace and Mary Ott. Todd Feltner of Washington, Utah, took LaMar and Cheri Feltner to Ogden to visit with Tim and Kris Feltner. They attended Sunday meetings with them where Tim was set apart as the second counselor in the bishopric bish-opric in the Harrisville LDS First Ward. For those hunters who had good luck on the deer hunt and who might want to take their trophy tro-phy bucks to the taxidermist. The sign on the taxidermist's window says: "We really know our stuff!" |
