President Kermit L. Hall wanted to remind residents of USU's roots, but at the same time showcase the engineering engineer-ing and technical prowess the university enjoys today. During his tour of Garfield County on Wednesday, June 20, Hall met with community leaders, local business leaders, alumni, student councils,' principals and superintendents to learn more about the 'county and its citizens. He also lectured at Rubys Inn Wednesday morning about President John F. Kennedy's assassination in light of historical evidence he has learned from serving on the assassination assass-ination Records Review Board, appointed by President Bill Clinton. Clin-ton. While Hall lectured, his wife, Phyllis read stories on the subject of cows to elementary students. Her hope is to instill in children the love of reading and open them to the wonders of imagination.
