Show - ....- .--. . , GARFIELD COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 2004-3 AN ORDINANCE VACATING VACAT-ING A COUNTY ROAD WHEREAS, Utah Code Annotated Section 72-3-108 Provides that counties in the tate of Utah may, by ordinance, vacate, narrow or change the name of a county road without petition or after petition by a property owner upon proper notice and a public hearing; and WHEREAS, proper notice of the public hearing was given pursuant to Utah Code Annotated Section 72-3-108(2); and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held in the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Garfield, state of Utah on 22 March 2004. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COMMISSION-ERS OF GARFIELD COUNTY, COUN-TY, STATE OF UTAH, AS FOLLOWS: 1. VACATION OF COUNTY ROAD: The county road described on Exhibit A, is hereby vacated. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE: This Ordinance shall become effective immediately after passage pas-sage and publication as required by law, PARSED, APPROVED, ADOPTED AND ORDAINED this 22nd day of March, 2004.
